Seeweed #01
14th April 2024. This was taken around 11am near Grey River on the Great Ocean Road. The sun had been coming in and out from behind the clouds all day. I love the energy and chaotic feeling you get from looking at the seed. Everything is overlapping and touching each other. So many different textures and shapes.

Addis Rocks #01
5th March 2024.
I walked along the beach at the back of point addis on a warm summers march day right after buying this camera. I wanted to try and find the hidden beauty in the ordinary. Most people would walk straight past these rocks without any thought. Looking for framing and composition moments in nature is something that I love exploring and will continue to do through my photography journey. The fuji GFX colours are incredible. 16bit depth. So many different orange and tonal warm colours.

Addis Rocks #02
5th March 2024.
This was part of the same exploration session on point addis back beach. I love how sharp this camera is still with the shutter wide open. F22 gives it a nice depth of field with the rocks in the background in focus too. Making it feel flat yet detailed and incredible contrasting colours.

White Natives #02
2nd September 2024.
During a pretty huge front that swept through the surf coast bringing it with it large surf and high winds. I went down the whites beach [the beach in front of my house] and challenged myself to use my surroundings to highlight the beauty in our ocean scapes. This was taken at 1/3rd of a second. The motion of the native plants give it an moving energy that speaks back to the day this was captured. I really like this photo the more I see it on my computer.

Shutter Speed: 1/3rd
